Team Duties: Driver, fabricating the bikes we ride, maintenance of the bike, cleaning the bike, dealing with sponsors, arranging the European meetings.
When/How I got into racing: After a successful Speedway career with the Sittingbourne Crusaders and Isle of White I began racing Grasstrack as a solo rider in the Vintage Motorcycle Club, moving onto main stream 350cc and 500cc solos. In 2000 I brought my first 500cc sidecar. For two years I competed in England before going on a Belgium licence in 2003 to aid regular racing in Europe.

Work: Laboratory Technician
Team Duties: Passenger, Website Manager, Secretary - filling out contracts etc for European meetings, cleaning the bike.
When/how I got into racing: I began racing in 2002 at the age of 16 with my dad, competing mainly on the continent, fitting it in and around my education. In 2007 my dad retired and I competed both in England and abroad with Gary Southgate, becoming Eastern Centre Champions on two occasions in 2007 and 2008. However my dad couldn't stay away for long and in 2009 I re-took my place in the chair with him. 2011 sees the beginning of my 9th season in the sport.

The hard work and determination of the team have paid off regularly with rewards such as a third place in the Dutch Championships 2010 (1st William Matthijsson, 2nd Mark Detz, 3rd Andy and Laura Kerrison), winning the Belgium Golden Helmet meeting consecutively in 2009 and 2010 and qualifying for the European Sidecar Championships in their first season together.
